Customer & User Experience Research
In 2022 I led the development of a new Online Certificate in Customer and User Experience Research (CX & UX Research) at Montclair State University. In this program, we train students to bring a combination of empathy and problem solving skills to the task of understanding customer and user experiences. Through the use of surveys, interviews, focus groups and business ethnographies, we encourage you to explore the entire customer journey and share the information across an organization to respond to their wants and needs.
