At Montclair State University I have directed the MA in Social Research & Analysis since 2019. I also direct the Certificates in Customer & User Experience Research (CX/UX Research) and Data Collection & Management, All of the programs can be taken fully online from anywhere in the world. The MA can also be completed with some in-person coursework.

In this role I have built a network of professionals outside of academia who are looking for talented employees with skills in research. I use their guidance as well as my own research experience to train students to succeed in social policy, market research, data consulting, and other careers with research at their center.
